Any defect product/good received, you may inform ProBaby Shop (PBS) within (3) three working days from receiving date for us to precede further investigation. PBS will not accept any appeal above (3) three days from receiving date.
Return must be agreed and authorized by PBS in written before we proceed further actions. Upon investigation postage charges will be apply accordingly. Minimum (5) Five working days is required to proceed for refund and return.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. ProBaby Shop will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
